6. The driver of a vehicle is obliged to exercise particular caution when passing a marked tram stop that is not located on a pedestrian path or a pedestrian and bicycle path. If the stop is not equipped with a passenger island and a tram is entering or standing on the stop, the driver is obliged to stop the vehicle in such a place and for such a time as to ensure that the pedestrian can freely reach the tram or the pedestrian path or a pedestrian and bicycle path. These regulations apply accordingly to the movement of other public transport vehicles.
