"C" - when passing another vehicle at night, the driver may not notice obstacles on the road due to the possibility of being momentarily blinded by the lights of an oncoming car and should therefore look to the right of the light source, look at the right edge of the road, where he can expect a possible obstacle
The purpose of minimizing the phenomenon of blinding, the so-called glare - a sudden deterioration of the ability to see caused by excessive light contrast - is not to focus on the lights of the car approaching from the opposite direction
1) a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction, and if one of the drivers has switched off the main beam headlights, the other is obliged to do the same;
2) a vehicle in front, if the driver may be blinded;
3) a rail or water vehicle, if they are moving at such a distance that there is a risk of blinding the drivers of these vehicles.
