A vehicle participating in traffic must be maintained in such a way that its use does not endanger the safety of its occupants or other road users, and one of the elements of this proper maintenance is the pressure in the vehicle's tires
1) does not endanger the safety of its occupants or other road users, does not disturb the traffic order on the road and does not expose anyone to harm;
2) does not disturb public peace by generating noise exceeding the level specified in specific provisions;
3) does not cause the emission of harmful substances in excess of the levels specified in specific provisions;
4) does not cause damage to the road;
5) ensures a sufficient field of view for the driver and easy, comfortable and safe use of devices for steering, braking, signaling and road lighting while observing the road at the same time;
6) does not cause radio interference in excess of the levels specified in specific provisions.
